These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FuelFast, a weekly meal planning service for endurance athletes available at fuelfast.app (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Ingrid Hansen, trading as FuelFast, based in South Africa ("FuelFast", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms and enter into an agreement with us.

1. Who may use FuelFast

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. What the Service provides

FuelFast generates weekly meal plans, grocery lists and meal prep checklists based on the training schedule, goals and dietary preferences you enter. Plans are generated automatically and are general nutrition guidance only.

Not medical or dietetic advice. FuelFast is not a healthcare provider. Nothing in the Service is medical, dietetic or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Generated plans may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances, and they may not account for allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, medication or pregnancy. Always check ingredients yourself and speak to a doctor or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet or training. You are responsible for how you use the plans we produce.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law;
• engage in fraud, spam, or misuse of payment, trial or referral mechanisms;
• infringe our intellectual property or that of any third party;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, scraping, or attempting to circumvent access controls, rate limits or plan restrictions;
• reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its content.

4. Intellectual property and licence

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including the software, the plan-generation logic, recipes, copy, design and the FuelFast name and branding. Subject to these terms and your chosen plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for your own personal training and nutrition purposes.

You retain ownership of the information you enter (such as your training sessions and dietary preferences). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that information solely to provide and improve the Service.

5. Service availability

We work to keep FuelFast available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance, updates or third-party outages may cause downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Subscriptions, payment and billing

FuelFast offers a free tier and paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may include tax depending on your location.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable we will give notice first. You may close your account at any time. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your plan data within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, performance outcomes or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, the content you submit, or your breach of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.

10. General

You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute.
